Acceptance and authority

By creating an account or using Lira RDP Security, you accept these terms and confirm that you are authorized to act for the relevant organization and systems.

Service scope

Lira provides RDP security monitoring, event analysis, policy orchestration and server-management functions through a portal and Windows agent. Features and limits depend on the selected plan and documented configuration.

Accounts and authorized use

You must protect account credentials and MFA factors, keep authorized users current and notify us of suspected compromise. The service may be used only on systems you own or are expressly authorized to administer.

• Do not use the service to access, monitor or disrupt third-party systems without authorization.
• Do not bypass security, licensing, isolation or usage limits.
• Do not submit malware or unlawfully obtained data except within an expressly agreed security-testing process.

Agent and privileged actions

Installing the agent and requesting privileged operations can change firewall, Defender, update, certificate and RDP settings. You are responsible for approvals, backups, change control and compliance applicable to the managed environment.

Trial, fees and taxes

The standard trial lasts 30 days and includes full features for up to three connected servers without a credit card. It does not convert automatically to a paid subscription. To continue after the trial, the customer purchases the required number of server licenses; one active license keeps one connected server under management. Prices, billing cycle, taxes and optional modules are governed by the checkout terms or a written agreement.

Availability and changes

We operate the service with reasonable professional care and may change features to improve security, reliability or legal compliance. Maintenance, upstream failures and emergency controls may temporarily affect availability. Any specific service level applies only when agreed in writing.

Customer data and intellectual property

You retain rights to your data and grant us the limited rights needed to provide and secure the service. Vyvick retains rights to the software, documentation, design and service technology. Privacy handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Suspension, termination and liability

We may suspend access to address material security risk, unlawful use, non-payment or a serious breach, using proportionate measures where practicable. Either party may terminate as allowed by the applicable plan or agreement. Warranty exclusions and liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and any signed contract.
